Our bylaws serve as the guiding document for how the neighborhood association operates. They cover voting rights, board member duties, elections, dues, and other governance processes.
The current version of our bylaws was officially adopted on June 17, 2025, following the unification of Crestwood, North Sherwood Terrace, Silver Maples, and Summerfield into one neighborhood: Crestwood.
